SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance.

We will NOT ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes.

We do not currently accept International orders.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax is charged only to customers in states where RealBetty.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only North Carolina.



REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

It is very important to us that you are both happy and 100% satisfied with any items purchased from us. Accordingly, if a product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you have 7 days to return your unused (sellable) merchandise for a refund of the purchase price of the item, excluding all shipping fees.

If you would like to return merchandise purchased from RealBetty.com please follow these instructions:

1. E-mail us for the proper return address and for a Return Authorization Number (this is required to process your return!). Please include your name, invoice number and provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction.

2. Pack the item in either the original or similar box, and make sure to include the attached original product tags. Include your Return Authoriztion Number and the original invoice. Tape the shipping label securely to the box.

3. You are responsible for return postage. All returns MUST be returned to us by the same shipping method as received - USPS Priority Mail Insured with delivery confirmation (a tracking number will be provided).

4. We will email you to inform you that we have received the return, and that your refund is being processed. Please allow 2 weeks processing of your return.
